BonKaï is an experiential production studio — strategy, spatial design, and on-site direction for brand activations, galas, and launches that need to feel bigger than their budget.
What We Do
No hand-offs, no subcontracted guesswork. Every capability below runs through the same strategist from first call to final strike.

Turning a business goal into an event thesis — the one idea every design and logistics decision gets measured against.
Floor plans, rigging, lighting, and build-outs that use a room's actual architecture instead of fighting it.
One line-item spreadsheet, one point of accountability — caterers, AV, rentals, and talent booked and held to spec.
Someone on headset who wrote the run of show, so when it changes at 6:40pm, the whole room adjusts with them.
The Run of Show
The same five phases every production runs on — just made visible from the start, so nothing shows up as a surprise on event day.
A working session to define the goal, the guest experience, and the number that makes this event a success internally.
Floor plans, mood direction, and a real budget — priced against actual vendor quotes, not placeholders.
Contracts, load-in schedules, staffing, and the hundred small confirmations that keep a date from slipping.
On headset from load-in to last call, running the show against the timeline we built together.
Full teardown, vendor close-out, and a short report on what worked — so the next one starts ahead.
"Fab and her team were amazing and keen to detail! They went above and beyond especially when they needed to compromise with stage lighting. Fab and team had a game plan on getting the proper equipment in place so the event went without a hitch. I'd love to have someone like Fab at all our events. She was so kind and helpful and an expert at what she does."— Event Specialist, Medical Aesthetic Technology Industry
The Strategist
Hi, I'm Fab — I started BonKaï after years producing events for other people's agencies and deciding I wanted my name on the run of show.
My background spans corporate marketing, television and film production, and hospitality, which means I've sat on every side of the table: the client writing the check, the vendor waiting on a decision, and the producer holding the timeline together.
That's the version of this job I try to give every client — someone who treats your event like it's the only one on the calendar, because for one night, it is.
