Fractional Executive Producer

  • Deliverable: Dedicated fractional leadership, vendor governance, and on-site technical directing.

Frequently asked questions.

Is there a minimum guest count or budget?

Most Full Production events start around a $15,000 total event budget, but Design Consult and Day-Of Direction packages work well for smaller gatherings. If you're not sure which fits, send the details and we'll point you the right direction.

How far in advance should we book?

8–12 weeks is comfortable for most events; galas and multi-day activations are better at 4–6 months out. Rush timelines are sometimes possible — ask on the first call.

Do you travel outside Boston?

Yes — BonKaï works nationally. Travel and lodging are billed at cost and itemized separately in every proposal.

Can we book just one service instead of a full package?

Absolutely. Each of the four core services can be booked on its own, or combined into a custom scope that isn't one of the three packages above.
