Before any final contracts are signed, we stress-test your existing event infrastructure to find structural vulnerabilities, optimize your timeline, and unlock immediate cost savings.
We build the complete physical and digital engine of your live event, designing custom layouts and media blueprints that ensure flawless storytelling from every seat in the house.
We act as your dedicated Owner's Representative to source, contract, and hold external technical vendors to strict accountability, ensuring no line-item is double-billed or missed.
We take the lead on headset to run technical rehearsals, synchronize your production crews, and manage the live operational lifecycle from initial load-in through final strike.

Good to Know
Most Full Production events start around a $15,000 total event budget, but Design Consult and Day-Of Direction packages work well for smaller gatherings. If you're not sure which fits, send the details and we'll point you the right direction.
8–12 weeks is comfortable for most events; galas and multi-day activations are better at 4–6 months out. Rush timelines are sometimes possible — ask on the first call.
Yes — BonKaï works nationally. Travel and lodging are billed at cost and itemized separately in every proposal.
Absolutely. Each of the four core services can be booked on its own, or combined into a custom scope that isn't one of the three packages above.
